From my experience, when you put a review on their website about a product, if it is good, they use it, if it is not and a fail, you never will see it.
Bob Williams, our salesman, was very helpful, by responding to my emails before our visit and in store. This is the second hot tub we have purchased from Family Leisure and we have been very happy customers both times! Great people and great deals!
On all of these occasions we were treated very well by personable and knowledgeable sales associates. We were politely kept up to date on deliverys. None of our items were damaged! Thank you!

Ordered the Saddie collection dinning table by Plank and Hide. Quintin helped us choose the right outdoor table set and helped us stay within budget. Table came chipped and scratched and within 1 week they came out to replace my table and chairs. Great and speedy customer service and will definitely be back in the future to purchase more furniture!
Purchasing a hot tub is one thing. When you need service, then you learn what kind of company you are dealing with. My hot tub would not turn on October 15. Monday, October 16, I called and spoke to the service mananger. He told me how to determine if I had a, electrical service problem or a hot tub problem. He wanted to save me money if a call was not necessary. Then after determining I did have a hot tub problem, they sent out Steve. I have never experienced and more professional or experienced repairman. Steve was knowledgeable and efficient. Got me fixed and headed off a future problem too. Tested my water. Showed me how to avoid future issues. I have gone to see doctors who were not as thorough. I do not understand why anyone would want to buy a hot tub from anyone else. Family Leisure knows what customer service ,means. Buy from them.
On four occasions during a major rework of our back yard patio we came to Family Leisure. Twice for Telescope (made in USA) cast aluminum tables, sling chairs, rockers and loungers.
Once more at a later date for a beautiful Bull real 304 stainless grill and finally a 2 ft x 2 ft propane fireplace insert ( both also made in USA).
