Linda is a furniture genius! She found the perfect fabrics and styles for us and was just as invested in my mom's living room as we were. Ask for Linda if you need to match with existing pieces or if you're very picky. She'll be incredibly helpful and make sure you're happy with your purchase while staying as much as possible within your budget.
Unfortunately paying a slightly higher price isn’t paying off with kittles.
The salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Was helped within 1 min of walking inside. Did not feel pressured to buy the more expensive products or pressured at all frankly. You will spend more than if you went to a wholesale furniture place, but between the help and the quality/warranty of the products Kittle's wins hands down.
Bought a leather glider/recliner one year ago. The motor that controls the reclining mechanism went out. A repairman came out 9 weeks ago and indicated parts would take 4-6 weeks. I followed up at 6 weeks and the parts weren’t in. I’ve called twice since and I’ve been told “we emailed the manufacturer in China and haven’t heard back.” Well, I didn’t buy my recliner from the manufacturer in China. I bought it from Kittles. I’ve asked for a new recliner. I will update once I hear back. I’m supposed to hear back this week.
