Paid something off within 5 months and it's like now they don't want to deliver it although I already paid the delivery costs and considering on weekends they only deliver on Saturdays and during the week during the hours most people work if you have a job, it sucks! Nice to get layaway but with this experience never again from here. Ever.

Fun place to visit. Seemed a little pricey.

Bought over $2000 worth of furniture here. At first everything was great. Salesperson was nice, got us what seemed to be a great deal on our couch. Then came time to pick up our furniture, we did not have it delivered. First, they wrapped my microfiber sectional so tightly in plastic wrap that it looked distressed and old since the day we unwrapped it. Next, 3 months after we purchased them one of the dining room chairs broke and the lounge part of the sectional had a wooden rod that snapped. They replaced the chair immediately but then found every excuse not to replace/fix the lounge. At first they needed photos, we provided those. Then, they needed the receipt. We provided our sales agreement. Now here we are 9 months later after going back and forth with them and even providing proof of previous conversations we've had with other management or reps and we still have a broken sectional. $1500 down the drain. We are outside of our warranty now and they obviously are not planning to help us. DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE HERE! They sell overpriced cheap furniture and while the sales person may seem to be on your side, it is all a scheme to move furniture.

Never buy anything from here! This is the second time I've purchased a bed from this company. The first time I purchased from this company was an excellent experience. I bought a queen size mattress, box spring, and head board. They had excellent customer service and I was so pleased that I even came back to purchase some bunk beds for my children. I will NEVER buy from here again. The crazy thing is someone just said something to day about never buying furniture from anywhere on Lafayette Road. Anyways, Cody was my salesman. He looked kind of sleepy but I didn't really care because I'm buying a bed how awake do you have to be to sell a bed? So, I came in to get a quote, then came back a week later to purchase. It turned out that my purchase price would be less than what I was quoted! I specified when I got the quote and when I came in to purchase that I would like the price to include delivery AND SET UP. As he is filling out the Purchase order he skips the section about the assembly charge, but I'm not paying any attention because I am trying to keep my 3 year old calm because it is nap time and he was getting agitated. So, delivery day comes. I'm at work. Someone is in my home to receive the delivery people and they let me know that they have not assembled anything. So now I am mad because there is nothing that I can do from work. After work, I call the store and I speak with the most unprofessional manager in customer service that I have ever spoken to. He wasn't apologetic for his salesman's mistake, nor did he try to remedy the situation. He wanted me to pay an additional $50 because his salesman was too tired to ring me up correctly. They don't offer refunds, they aren't professional, and after they get your money they don't care about the customer. I have worked in customer service for 10 years and I still don't understand how a MANAGER can condone the mistakes of his subordinate. I just want my money back at this point and I will be seeking legal advice on this matter. DON'T BUY HERE! I should have just bought a bed from IKEA, but the customer service experience the first time around brought me back. && They scratched my door when they delivered!!!

I had to rate it one star in order to be able to post my review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Very unprofessional. If you pay for a service, then it should be honored. The runaround with the delivery dates are ridiculous. They'll give you a delivery date. The day comes and go. You call back and they'll give you another date. That day comes and go. You call back and either the merchandise is on "backorder", in the box, at the warehouse, in the truck, incomplete....etc. etc. Keep the furniture in your warehouse, it's no longer needed. Thank you!
