I expected a warehouse and found a beautiful show room. Staff was friendly but not overwhelming. I was greeted by Corbin Harris. Having strong ideas about what I was looking for I drug him all over the store! I was on a budget as are most people. I found gorgeous choices, comfort, style, and affordability.
We purchased a three piece living room set. Dante Townsend was our sales Associate who was awesome to work with. Not pushy but there when we needed him for any questions. He has a very warm personality and we felt like he is someone we have known for a long time. Dante is great with customers and very knowledgeable about furniture.
We had never been in a Bob's Discount Furniture store before and were surprised at just how nice it was when we walked in. We were looking for a mattress set. There was a nice selection (of everything). Our salesman, Corbin was great! We never felt pressured and really learned a lot about mattresses. Corbin was knowledgeable, gave us space, and made us feel very comfortable while we were looking. He was not "That pushy salesman" looking for a sale. Bob's Discount Furniture earned our business. After such a pleasant experience and great prices I have no need to shop at any other furniture store in the future. Thank you Corbin....you rock!
After buying a new house and going to over 15 stores looking for 2 bedroom sets and a couch we finally found all 3 in one place! We had Matthew Romero help us he was amazing!! He Listened to my wife and I what we wanted and showed us everything we explained. He was not pushy at all, and was telling us what was the best deal for what we wanted to spend!! He got our purchase, and any future! As well as he was just a nice well rounded guy! Very impressed with him. He also did not follow us around, that always bugged us at any other store! Highly impressed!
Very disappointed in the service after we bought a couple thousand dollars worth of furniture. Paid hundreds of dollars for the protection plans. When it came time to replace a simple couch cushion it took over 4 months for it to be sent to my home. I called three different times and received the response “we don’t have records of you calling” I was told for my inconvenience they would give me some sort of concession- never got it. We are getting ready to purchase a new master bedroom suite and guest bedroom suite and I know where we won’t be buying it from...BOBS DISCOUNT FURNITURE!
