Had a very bad experience with this place. It was a four-month journey so far that isn't completely finished. We ordered a couch in store that they said would be here in 3 weeks. After a month we called them to see what was happening. They said it was delayed to 6-7 weeks due to backorder. It was already frustrating at this point. Two months total later, we call again. They said they contact the warehouse and see what's up. They said give it another 2 weeks. After that we went in the store and ask for further updates. They said they could give us a $200 refund for our troubles. That check never arrived in the mail. The beginning of the fourth month, the store called and said they wouldn't be able to get the couch from the warehouse and that they would issue a full refund within the week. They never called us back on when to pick up the check. Three weeks later we call again to ask about the check and they said we will be receiving it by the end of the week. Overall very unimpressed by the customer service, especially since we were forced to contact them most of the time to ask questions rather than them contacting us to give up dates.
My husband and I ordered a couch and a dinning room table through them. We were called and told the couch would be 4 to 6 weeks later delivery date than expected, we asked if we could have the table delivered before then and they said yes, for a charge and would not waive the fee for us since the couch was going to be so late. Once everything got delivered the table and 6 chairs were just left in boxes in the middle of our kitchen totally unassembled. We were told by our sales men they would be assembled for us upon delivery. My husband spent 2 days trying to assemnle everything properly. Very poor customer service, glad we don't have to deal with them any longer.
I purchased a sofa from Will on 8/26/17 and the sale number is 5583. From the moment I walked in the store with my wife he was very helpful and did not pressure us at all. He politely greeted us and after explaining the layout of the store he let us shop in peace. He was very knowledgeable. After going to other "franchise" furniture stores I realized that this was the place to buy from. Not only did they have competitive prices but also amazing warranties on select furniture and service to match. I will definitely be back for furniture at this location in the future.
We have been in the midst of remodeling for awhile and found what i thought was a nice small table with 2 chairs. We had it stored in our upstairs loft area. We are now finished with our project and getting ready to entertain for the hoholida. We put the table together and it has damages. I called the Castelton store Alex i believe since we have purchased from them before and first he acted if he was going to fight for us etc..but eventually said oh there will be nothing we can do about it. He was never going to attempt to assist. Even though we have bought from there less than stellar stores many times-Never again! and you won't be blessed for sure!
I don't know where to begin because I have so many great things to say about Furniture For Less. First off, I drove up from Lexington, Kay because I was moving here and no one else seemed to be able to accommodate my needs. Secondly, Brock Matthias was amazing at listening to what I wanted and needed and didn't try to over sell me. Absolutely amazing personality! The management was just as awesome. Thirdly, when the furniture arrived at my new place once I moved in, the 2 men who were working their butts off going up and down stairs probably carrying the heaviest bedroom set never complained and put everything in place perfectly. From start to finish, this was the best furniture shopping experience I have had, as compared to other places around town. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to my family, friends, and even strangers. Thank you!!!
