My 3 star review is incomplete because I have yet to receive the sofa I purchased. I will do a follow up soon. However this is a reply to Steve Davis from 2 weeks ago: I also tried to order the sofa over the phone. I was told they rather have you come in. But I was able to purchase the sofa with 30% non refundable down. The salesman sent me the purchase order through e-mail. I printed it out, signed it and scanned the signed purchase order with a scan of my driver's license to my PC files. I then e-mailed the 2 files back to L Fish. No Problem. 3 weeks was delivery time and we shall see how this ends up. On a NOTE I have noticed all these furniture stores seem to have issues after taking an order on furniture not being on display and in stock with longer waits on delivery. I don't think this is the sales workers fault but more on the manufacturer's. The salesman then sent me an official receipt thru snail mail.
Torn between giving 5 stars or 1 star. We have enjoyed the pricing and quality over the years. However, we recently purchased a sofa for a rental property that we are yet to receive. We emphasized that we needed the couch on a certain timeline and were told it would come in to the warehouse by X date at the latest. We called in the days leading up to our promised date, and quickly that the story started changing. Suddenly the X date at the latest became later... And today we still do not the couch. This has affected our plans in a pretty significant way. We've yet to receive an apology from L. Fish, but really all we want is the couch we paid for. Price is great, but don't buy an item that is not in stock and expect to get it within a month, even if they promise you will.
The building looks kinda gross and the inside looks like it hasn't been very well maintained, so that is a turn off but The prices here are great. We have purchased multiple pieces of furniture here and highly recommend them. The sales staff is super friendly and helpful.
Have purchase many items there, have always had good results with no issues so far. Looks a little run down on the outside but inside, full service and nice. Have a great range of items, bedding, desks, chairs, sofas, all ranges of furniture and has a discount section as well
We had the best experience with this store more than any other. Percy...our sales rep. was so polite and helpful with finding us the couch that we needed. It felt like a family experience and we will recommend this store to our family and friends. Thank you percy.
