The sales floor was easy to navigate. Great canvas prints. I had my eye on a sleeper chair with a temperpedic mattress but won't be buying it now that the people I was here with are unhappy with their purchase but won't complain because they don't want to have to dissemble it again to return it.

I was shopping here with someone who made a purchase. I would not purchase anything where they don't deliver. The self assembled chair is loud and clunky but I didn't put it together. It might have helped if they follow up with customers who purchased furniture and had to pay a fee if they used their own vehicle to deliver their own furniture they purchased and assemble it to see if they were happy with their purchase and assembly.
This place was awful. My elderly mother bought a new chair and was told that no one in their store could load it, we had to do it ourselves. Then the chair came pre-assembled and the sales person couldn't disassemble it for transport.
I've owned several La-Z-Boy recliners over the last 20 years. I was always pleased with their quality and design. However, I purchased two recliners in February 2017 and both required MAJOR repairs by September 2017. They now import the cheapest chairs they can find directly from China and the complete lack of quality and poor mechanical design quickly become apparent. Both chairs are uncomfortable, and a complete waste of my money. My sincere advice is to avoid this company until they return to American manufacturing.
