the saleswoman was terrible and incompetent when we were looking for a reasonably priced queen bed. she kept getting things mixed up and wrong. now that my bed is supposed to be delivered, they only delivered my box spring and frame. they thought we already picked up the mattress. on top of that, one of the movers was a heavy smoker and now my room smells like i smoked a pack a day in there. its been three hours and we have yet to hear back about this situation. i wouldn’t be surprised if they lost the mattress because they had no sense of planning or organization. i am livid and i want my money back and i want a mattress so i can sleep tonight. we did not pay $100 or some for this and i will certainly be asking for that delivery fee to be refunded.

Jermaine did a fantastic job repairing our furniture. I would highly recommend value city furniture . He went out of his way to help me and explained the time frame that my furniture would be resolved. Very nice man.

So I am going to be that guy that's posts a complaint that doesn't have to do with the store. Sorry. The staff and "in person" experiences have been outstanding. The credit situation is a completely different story. I have been making regular and timely payments on my account since it's opening. I never miss and I never pay the minimum. My payments have been accepted every time without fail (I have bank statements proving this). I found out today that they have not been applying my payments to my account at all and now owe a payment that is "past due" since July. I still do not know where my money has been going. My personal information (social security number, routing and account number, address, phone number, and birth date) has had to be corrected on multiple occasions. I have, to date, received 2 billing statements despite requesting one be sent per month containing my bills information. When I contact their "billing department" I continually get the run around as if it were some game. I have been hung up on asking for assistance and put on hold to only be told management is "too busy" to attend to my issue. This is THE WORST I have ever been treated. Their negligence with my most IMPORTANT personal information is outright laughable and none of them seem to care. Learn from my mistake, don't trust the amazing face the storefront puts on, this business is in shambles.
Good service. He would not have had to come out if the product was not flimsy. Not his fault though. He did a good job.
