All the staff seemed great and very helpful right up until $2,500 worth of stuff was stolen from our vehicle in the valet lot which we were assured was secure. the company's response. pound sand. not paying for any of your loss. file an insurance claim. avoid using this company if you can. best just to park the car yourself. we learned the hard way.
Incredibly RECKLESS drivers! Took my daughter to the Circle Center Mall today and one of their drivers almost clipped her stroller WITH HER IN IT while we were walking through the garage. Witnessed multiple others speeding through the garage as well. Wouldn't want any of them driving a shoppers by cart let alone a couple ton vehicle!
