Took hours to get out of here after a Pacers game. They are totally incapable of handling large events.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Horrible management, horrible customer service! Avoid parking here at all costs. Manager is a complete ass wipe
Do not park here during busy hours. Been sitting on the 6th floor for a hour. With out moving. They have people working. Why not have them direct traffic out to turn left instead of having everyone turn right into traffic .
You'll spend 3-4 hours just waiting to get out of this place. Avoid parking here if possible. Park on the first or second floor if you must. And don't prepay your ticket, as you'll go well over you're allotted 15 minutes to exit after paying.
