I had issues with directions, I just landed with one next to the airport instead of downtown and they immediately gave me a car for the month. I re-extended my contract for an extra week to have time to find a car. I got a car the day I am suppose to return my rental and I let the dealership take care of returning it themselves but they didn't get to or told me and the rental company that it's been returned or someone pick it up. This time my weekly quote would have spiked charges. But the manager understood the whole situation and backtracked everything, was able to get the car and get the keys back from them and closed my contract the time I was supposed to drop it off. They may take too long to pick up the phone that's because there's only one man standing while working the counter and if you show consistency and respect they'll be able to help just exactly like they did in my situation.
