National Car Rental is reliable and professional and always provides a quality rental for us, with no lines and no wait, no matter where we travel. We appreciate being able to select our own vehicle and get on the road quickly. Almost without exception, the cars are low mileage and very well equipped. We recommend this company highly, particularly to frequent travelers.
I always have a good experience with National and this time was no different. Being able to pick your own car instead of getting some random selection made by a clerk who doesn't know your preferences is a HUGE plus for me. Additionally, they are very attentive to detail. I initially selected a vehicle that had a recall on it which they caught as I was checking out. They politely told me that i could not rent that car until the recall had been cleared and asked me what other car i would like to have. They quickly brought that car to me at the checkout booth, moved all of my luggage over into it, and had me on my way with a quick scan of the VIN. Great service, great attention to detail, and again another reason why I always choose National Car Rental.
This was the best experience with a car rental business. We had completed all the paperwork online so when we got to the airport National Car Rental Station, we just chose any car in the proper section and drove away, only stopping at a booth on the way out. They have earned our business. The cost was very reasonable also! After a long flight, it was a welcome reprieve!
Best rental I ever had. The pickup was simple & quick. The staff was courteous. Vehicle was very clean with no issues. Drop off was again very easy & quick. Staff was courteous and helpful. I will definitely choose National again
I've had to use the National Car Rental facility several times this year to visit my grandmother who went into assisted living recently. This visit was different. I was renting a larger utility to actually drive my grandmother one-way down to Texas. Leann, who works the outside counter, was freezing cold but helped me track down a Pacifica van so that I could maximize the furniture I could take down to Texas, and sit lower for ease of getting my grandmother in and out. Leann made the suggestion, and it was the perfect answer (versus my usual Suburban pick). Thanks Leann and National, you were a life saver on this trip. We both made it to Texas safe and sound. See you in May for the 500 !!!!
