What a pleasant experience! No hard upsell (or any, which I tremendously appreciate), prompt, fast service, knowledgeable and friendly representatives, and we received a brand new Dodge Caravan- exactly the vehicle we requested. Drop off was equally as easy, with a very nice representative at 4:30am! We will absolutely rent from Dollar again, and recommend to our friends.

Rates used to be really really high in Indy, but have been very good the last several times I've rented. Dollar is very easy to deal with and the reps are very friendly. Highly recommend.
Everything was great up until the end. I had a 5:30 am flight which meant I had to drop the car off around 4 - 4:30 am. I find out that there is no one there to accept the car (along with several other people). I called customer service and they said to leave it in long term parking and drop the key at the desk. I wasn't comfortable with that so I left the car next to the kiosk and left the keys in the kiosk. I am sure there was a line of cars outside the gate. If you are not open from 1 am to 6 am the website should let the customer know when renting and/or give info for after hours drop off. Other than that it was great as usual.
Good value, worked out fine. Don't really like the car rental arrangement at this airport, but it's not their fault.
