I ended up needing to extend a rental by two weeks, they made the process easy. My car was great and so we're the rates. I would definitely recommend this company.
This was not necessarily a bad part of town, Just an older neighborhood. The property is not actually located at the airport but a short ten minute or less drive away and Payless provides a shuttle so no real issue as the daily cost of the vehicle was worth a bit of an inconvenience. The car I rented was decent enough. The four stars instead of five are because the car was filthy. Layers of dust filthy, not trashy. Also the young man at the counter was bored and rather put off that I was interrupting his day by picking up the car I reserved. No issues with the gentleman at the counter at drop off. Shuttle driver from airport and to airport were very courteous and professional.
The next car we got was barely a step up. No matter what a deal they have out there, I will never rent from then again.
It all ends here though.
So, we arrive easily enough. A shuttle brought us from the Indianapolis airport to the rental location. The shuttle driver was great, btw. Real friendly and did make you feel safe in his driving.
Checking in was very fast.
I had a fantastic experience! The shuttle to the rental facility was waiting at the airport when I arrived, check-in took less than 10 minutes, the car was exactly what I asked for in good (if not great) condition, drop-off was speedy and they got me to the airport quickly when I was running late. All this, and I got a GREAT deal: 13 days for under $336. Incredible!

Awful rental car. Do NOT rent a car from them. I reserved a car there for $11. When I stopped by to pick up the car, the woman behind the counter said since you are going out of state there is more $25 fee!!! So I cancelled it right there. They did not provide me w/ a cancellation document! Anyway, a few days later I noticed that they charged me and did not cancel my reservation and it is still open. I had to dispute the transaction.
He handed me the keys and told me the location of the car. It was in such bad shape I refused it.
The inside was filthy dirty. Like, a milk shake had been spilled inside and not cleaned. The floors were nasty. But, worse. The tread on the tires were dangerous.
