Is okay in a pinch, not just this location but all such "neighborhood" facilities, but it can't compare to Enterprise Car rental. Aside from being located in what had been considered the "place to be," in comparison to areas Enterprise has chosen to set up shop, this place is tedious to travel to. The man on staff when car was returned was nice enough, but clearly corporate ties their hands to where the niceties one comes to expect as standard from Enterprise Rental staff are NOT to be expected. While vehicle wasn't rented in my name, I helped pay for it despite having pleaded to go with enterprise not just because I'd get points, but because as a first time car renters, I knew they'd be establishing their own profile with the company nationwide, one that would grow over time and be respected despite what city to which they were in need of a car.
Three stars because vehicle was fine, staff did as much as were allowed, but not more cuz Hertz ain't worth renting from AAA discount or no in comparison to other options.
Best place to rent a car!!! Very friendly staff and they are willing to help you with everything!
