The manager Jordan is a smug prick! My family and I have always rented from Budget, and this location in particular. We have never had any problems. We have always gotten top of the line cars that are great on gas, and never any hidden fees! I rented a car Monday evening, very short notice I will admit. I found out that I would not be able to drive my personal vehicle to a business meeting that was two hours from my home. Upon arriving Tuesday morning to pick up the vehicle, Jordan told me that since I did a late reservation, he could not have my vehicle ready for another 30-60 minutes. Since, I only live a few minutes down the road, I said no problem. I came back after an hour had passed. When he went to check me in, he asked for my driver's license and the card I had paid with. Keep in mind, I paid $103.56 Monday night, when making the reservation. Jordan said that because I do not have a credit card and did not meet there standards for the credit check, he would not be giving me the vehicle. Of course, by this time my ride had already left for work. So I was told he would not be giving me a refund, but a number for me to call to start the process myself and that is all he could do. I was left in tears and stranded for almost 30 minutes. I have never had this happen! We have ALWAYS paid with a debit card and Budget has held $100, until we bring the car back (which is understandable). After calling today, he once again was completely rude and smug on the phone. Speaking over me and being very condescending! I called Client Services and they were more than happy to help me out! Luckily, John was able to get me my full amount back and waive the cancellation fee. Which was very nice, considering Jordan did not tell me that there was such a thing, since he flat out refused to help me at all! I would not recommend this location for your next rental! Budget is a great company, just not pleased with the "management" at this location!

I would never rent from budget again. I rented a car for one month, the car I got was dirty, had no fluids in it also it seemed like it was going to cut off when I turned the wheel. Needless to say I only kept the car one day and went to get a car from somewhere else. Not only was inconvenienced I still haven't received my refund and it's been 3 weeks. I call every other day and I get a different story each time. When I ask the customer service representative for a number to the corporate office they say they don't have it.
Idc idc idc idc this place is bulls*** and the company is to I got a car from this location and was gone 15 mins then called and told the gay there that the car was to small for me and my family!!!!! So he said to call around to other budgets in the area, so I did that and that take about 30 mins, and the only budget that had something visible was the airport and I was not driving there. So Long story short I returned the car to the same location under an hour and they still charged me!!!!!!! Don't go to this budget eeeeeeevvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
