I made an appointment for 8:30 on a weekday. I stayed home from work to take my car in and when I arrived they told me they were too backlogged to take my car. No one called in advance to tell me this, so I stayed home from work for no reason. Don't waste your time at this extremely unprofessional place.
This place over charged for parts and labor, ripped friends off on replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced, missing bolts from parts that they replaced, replaced Radiator Fan 15,000 and just over a year and the fan stopped working again. Do not go here unless you want to lose money.
Honest and efficient place. Recently got a flat. Replaced the tire somewhere else, but a month later the new tire got flat again. I was worried the wheel was bent and damaged my new tire, so took it to Downtown Car Care. Two hours later they called and explained it was a minor problem (valve stem) and my wheel + tire were fine. Got my car back at noon and paid much less than replacing a wheel and tire.
Friendly, Reliable, Knowledgeable Staff. They are fair & don't take advantage of females like most other mechanics. Highly recommended. I have been taking my Vehicle here for years.
