I had my car there almost a year, before they told me what's wrong with it, then when they did call back. They said it had been sitting so long that it developed more problems and it wasn't worth fixing. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
They seem to have gone out of business and have my truck locked up in their building
An EXCELLENT job on my jeep! Went over and beyond doing just the minimal! Walked me through and showed me everything that needed attention! Guy worked ridicilous hours to get it done for me!!! TOP NOTCH!
The gentlemen at Fast Lane are always helpful every time my husband brings his truck there. They are always trying to work with us to do the most urgent repairs and what repairs can wait until we have more funds. They are alway respectful of both my husband and I. They take the time to explain what is wrong and what repairs are being done before they start the work. There has not been one time that we have been in there that each bay isn't filled and more cars waiting to be worked on, they must be doing something right to have that kind of business, but they always find a way to get my husband's truck fixed in a timely manner. The guys that work there are always very nice. We never feel like we are being taken advantage of like we have in the past by other mechanics. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone.
