Let's be honest...most of us don't know much about cars when it comes to repairs so we can feel a little blind going into a repair shop. And definitely nervous about the bill. I highly recommend this place. They are HONEST and do great work. And most importantly they stand behind the work that they do. They do NOT overcharge you or try to get you to pay for repairs you don't truly need. Awesome customer service! Always returns calls within the timeframe they set. Even if you don't live in Lawrence, it's worth it to bring your vehicle here. I don't go out of my way to leave reviews. Ever. But they were worth it.
I wish I could make everyone happy but that's impossible I do my best to give people honest work for honest money I cannot make everyone happy and those two or three out of thousands in a couple years that I've not made Happy I apologize to you but 99% of my customers love Lawrence automotive center and I thank my customers.. thank you for being and standing with us.. My first visit to Ronnie was to have a friends old blue truck worked on. Bolts were broke off on water pump and it took a few days to fix it. His price was what he quoted, even though it took longer than expected, and the truck is running great. He was thorough and I believe takes pride in his work and customer service. He has my business.
They are GREAT! I bought a car at auction in Indy but I live in California. I talked with Ronnie and he arranged to have it towed to his shop, inspected it, fixed the problems he found and made it ready for me to pickup when I flew in. He worked with my schedule and I can't say enough good about them. I put 6,000 miles on the car before I got back to California without a bit of problem. His charges were very reasonable.
