I went to pick up my car and at first glance was amazed. The car looked terrific. The blend from the top parts of the body to the rest of car was totally invisible. Their specialist who does the dent repair did an outstanding job. I am very pleased with the work that was done and give them 5 stars. A really great experience for me.
Maaco off of East Washington (47 South Trade Center Way) was the closest and most convenient so I started my search for a paint shop there. I was met by Ed Awad who discussed some options and provided his best suggestion. I thought the estimate was high but I had no idea at the time. I went and attempted to get two more estimates. The collision repair centers I went to were not as conversant as Maaco. They just took the car and then provided an insurance company quote. All were over double and doing way more work than really needed to be done. I went back Ed and discussed some particulars (small dents and scratches I wanted repaired as well). He provided me with a new estimate that although it was more than the first one, it was one I was totally comfortable with. I dropped the car off knowing that it would take a week to 10 workdays to complete the job. I called after a few days to see if I could get a better estimate of the time they needed and Ed was able to provide me a by date.

After 12 years and total neglect of my car's exterior the clearcoat failure had covered the roof, the engine lid and the rear trunk lid. The car was still in great shape, body and dent wise, and I still have years left in the mechanicals.
The by date was today and I received a call from them letting me know my car was done.
