Our experience at Speedway Body Shop was nothing short of exemplary. The repair was done on time, on budget, and to our complete satisfaction. Paint match was perfect on a 2006 Toyota Sequoia. Kudos to Ben, Bruce, Jim as well as all the other professionals that are employed there.
Was in an accident and the other insurance company sent me here to get an estimate done. The lady at the front desk was very rude and did not communicate well. She was very short and acted like she didn’t want to be there.
Friendly staff. Top notch work at great prices completed in a timely manner. Arranged for rental car to pick me up.
I am highly offended that you think me over the top and you have accused me of exaggerating what was still wrong. I was more than fair and gave you guys not one, not two, BUT three chances to get it right. You failed to do so. Fortunately, an expert has taken a look, and has agreed with my assessment. An apology, I do not want as it will be less than genuine. What I do want and expect is for you all to allow your shoddy work to be made right.
